Jose Quinones, M.S.

Jose serves as the Sr. Web Developer, Project Manager and SEO Specialist of web design projects. Jose has worked as a web developer and IT consultant for ten years. He has focused predominately on the development and maintenance of ecommerce applications, Intranet’s, the installation and configuration of various content management systems and various web portals for high-profile clients. Jose has participated in various roles including project manager, requirements engineer, site designer/usability tester, architect, web developer, technical software trainer, and technical customer service/helpdesk solution provider. Jose’s focus is, however, in custom programming and has developed robust applications in JAVA, PHP, ASP, Perl, ASP.NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML, CSS and various flavors of SQL. Custom and challenging solutions are welcomed!

Additionally, Jose has worked as an instructor at several community colleges (Sauk Valley Community College, Eastern Iowa Community College and Rockford Career College) teaching MS Office, concepts and practices in information systems and databases, web development fundamentals, programming and social media. Jose is also a Sauk Valley native and went to high school at Newman Central Catholic High School, a Marine Corps Veteran, an SIU graduate with a Bachelors in IT, holds an M.S. in the eCommerce program offered at DePaul University and has successfully completed five courses in NIU’s Instructional Technology Doctorate program.
